Sports are an essential part of holistic education at SSRVM. Through games and outdoor activities, students learn valuable life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and leadership.
In this activity, our students came together on the playground to enjoy a friendly football session. Beyond the excitement of the game, students experienced the joy of collaboration, strategy, and mutual encouragement. Moments like these help build confidence and strengthen friendships among peers.
Outdoor sports also promote physical fitness and mental well-being. At SSRVM, we believe that a healthy body supports a focused and joyful mind.
By encouraging students to participate in sports regularly, we nurture resilience, determination, and a spirit of healthy competition—qualities that help them grow into confident individuals both on and off the field.

Cultivating Calm Minds Through Meditation

At SSRVM, we believe that education is not only about academic excellence but also about inner well-being. Meditation and mindfulness practices are an integral part of our daily routine.
In this session, students gathered in the peaceful school grounds to practice guided meditation. Sitting together in stillness helps them connect with their breath, calm their thoughts, and develop greater awareness.
Meditation helps children improve concentration, emotional balance, and overall mental clarity. Even a few minutes of quiet reflection can make a big difference in helping students stay focused and relaxed throughout the day.
Through regular mindfulness practices, we aim to nurture balanced individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and self-aware.

Reading is one of the most powerful tools for learning and imagination. At SSRVM, we actively encourage students to develop a strong reading habit from an early age.
In this activity, students enthusiastically explored books together, sharing stories and discovering new ideas. Reading not only strengthens language skills but also enhances creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
When children read, they travel to different worlds, meet inspiring characters, and gain new perspectives. Group reading sessions also build confidence as students express their thoughts and engage in meaningful discussions.
